Do I need access to electricity?
No, if you do not have access to electricity a generator can be provided for an additional fee. If you do have access to a dedicated 120-volt (20-amp circuit) this can be used instead of a generator. Our generator has an 8-hour runtime.
Do I need access to running water?
No, it is not necessary to have access to running water. Our 100-gallon water tank can be filled prior to your event for an additional fee of $100 if you do not have access to public water. If you do have access to public water for hook-up, this can be utilized.
Do you service my area?
We are located near the Monroe/Livingston County border and service all adjoining counties.
Do you supply the toiletries?
Our trailers arrive fully stocked and ready to use. Each trailer is equipped with toilet paper, hand soap and hand towels.
Does your trailer have heat and A/C?
Our trailer is air conditioned and has a heating element that can raise the temperature roughly 15 degrees for those colder spring and fall days.
How many people can your restroom accommodate at an event?
Our 3-station trailer can accommodate up to 225 people. For smaller events, 2-stalls can be rented and can accommodate up to 150 people. It's always recommended to rent all three stalls if you are approaching the 150 mark.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is free within a 10-mile radius. There is a delivery fee per mile beyond this, which covers transportation costs such as fuel and labor. Price varies depending on how far you are away from our location.
How far in advance do I need to book the restroom trailer?
We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure your rental is available for your event.
Do I need a down payment to book a restroom trailer?
We require a 50% non-refundable down payment at the time of booking. The remainder of the bill needs to be paid in full two weeks prior to your event.
